    16 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT)
    4 cup, mashed Zucchini
    2 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    .5 cup, chopped Scallions, raw
    1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    6 large Scrambled Egg
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients raw. Cook on a griddle.
