Ingredients

    1 Low-Carb Wheat Wrap
    1/3 cup fat free refried beans
    1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup chicken breast

Directions

Lay wrap on a plate, top with refried beans, chicken, and cheese. Heat for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Serve with salsa and/or reduced fat sour cream (not included in calorie count).
