Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    5 tbsp Butter, salted
    6 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
    0.25 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
    1 cup, halves Pecans
    2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    500 gram(s) Stevia drops 4 drops=100 g
    3 serving sucralose - 1 drop = 1 serving

Tips

All of the measurements are approximate and once you do a few of these recipes you can pretty much eyeball it.


Directions

Melt fats. Chop pecans. Add dry ingredients and stir. Add sweetener and stir. Taste for sweetness. Add pecans and stir. Using a tablespoon drop two tablespoons into each mold (I use silicone muffin cups and highly recommend silicone for ease of clean-up). Refrigerate or freeze. Store in closed container
