4.0 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
3.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)

1.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
1.0 cup Spinach, fresh, chiffonaded
Directions
Cook rice. Cool. Combine balsamic, mayo and seasonings. Set aside. Cut veggies and toss with rice. Toss all with dressing, salt and pepper to taste
