Ingredients

16 oz. Tempeh
1 1/2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 1/2 tbsp. Tamari/Soy Sauce/Bragg's Liquid Aminos
1 1/4 cup BBQ Suace
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced bell peppers
1 cup diced onion
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375. Spray 9x12 baking dish with non-stick spray.
Slice each block of tempeh into 8 pieces. Place tempeh in single layer in baking dish.
Mix together the oil and tamari. Pour evenly over the tempeh slices. Flip the tempeh so that both sides are covered the the oil/tamari mixture. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, thinly slice the bell peppers and dice the onion.
Remove the dish from the oven. Coat the tempeh with half of the BBQ sauce. Cover with the pepper and onion slices and the remaining BBQ sauce.
Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the BBQ sauce is bubbling.
Serve hot - 4 tempeh slices with peppers and onions per serving.
