Ingredients

    Cake Ingredients:
    2T Margarine
    2 Tbsp Shortening, Crisco
    1 Tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1/4 Cup Water
    1/2 Cup Flour
    1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
    1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1/4 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 Egg (whisk 1 egg, but only use 1/2)
    2 Tbsp Buttermilk, lowfat
    1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

    Frosting Ingredients:
    7/8 Cup Powdered Sugar
    2 Tbsp Margarine, soft
    1 Tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1-1/2 Tbsp Milk
    1/4t Vanilla Extract

Directions

Cake Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bring Margarine, Crisco, Cocoa and water to a boil in a sauce pan. Sift flour, sugar and soda together in a separate bowl. Combine Egg, buttermilk and vanilla in mixing bowl. Add hot mixture to egg mixture and mix well. Add dry ingredients slowly and mix well. Pour into greased sheet cake pan. Bake 20 minutes

Frosting Directions:
5 minutes before cake is done, start making frosting. Mix all ingredients together, pour evenly over hot cake as soon as it is removed from the oven. Let cool before serving.
