Ingredients

    1/2 cup of water
    1/2 cup or milk
    1 large egg
    1 Tbsp butter
    3/4 tsp salt
    3 1/4 cup bread flour
    6 tsp sugar
    2 tsp yeast


Directions

Place ingredients into bread machine in order listed by your machine. Set machine on the dough cycle. When dough is done, shape it into nine equal sized rounds. Place them on a greased baking sheet and allow to rise for thirty minutes. Mix the white of one egg and one tablespoon of water. Brush onto the tops of the risen buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
