    Boneless, skinless chicken Breast = 3
    Cooked Pasta (bowtie for me) = 2.5 cups
    Onion = 1 small
    Scallions (green onion) = 2
    Garlic = 6 cloves
    Light Ranch Dressing = 4-6 tsp
    Lawry's Hawaiian marinade = 3 tbsp
    Pesto = .5-1 tsp
    Salt & Pepper = to taste

    Carb - 20 g


Prepare past according to lable.
Cut chicken into bite size chunks. Salt & pepper chunks & add to skillet.
Add onion, scallions, garlic. Cook on med.
Add hawaiian marinade once partially cooked
Once chicken is cook add ranch, & pesto,
Mix in cooked patsa and serve.

Make 6 servings (1 cup each)
