Ingredients

    2 Zucchini (about 6 inches long)
    1 yellow squash (about 6 inches long)
    2 carrots
    1 medium onion
    1/4 lb. fresh green beans, cut in half
    1 cup celery
    3 cloves crushed garlic
    4 cups chicken broth
    1 46oz can V8

Directions

Chop all vegetables in good-sized chunks. Add vegetables and chicken broth to a dutch oven and bring to a boil. Add the entire can of V8 and let simmer until vegetables are however you prefer.

This recipe comes out rather high in sodium, so feel free to substitute low-sodium broth & V8 if needed.
