Ingredients

    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 cup Milk, 1%
    0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1 dash Salt
    .125 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    3 cup sliced Apples
    3 Tbls. unpacked Brown Sugar

    Powdered sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.

In a 9" cast iron skillet over med-high heat, melt the butter and brown sugar. Add the apples. Cook and stir till apples are golden and lightly browned.

Pour batter over apples and place skillet in oven.

Bake 15 minutes until pancake is set.

Remove from oven and invert pancake onto a serving plate.

Serve immediately. Dust with powdered sugar if you like.
