2 tbsp Soy Protein Powder
1 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup frozen fruit
Directions
Add first four ingredients to blender and pulse to disperse the dry ingredients.
Add frozen fruit and blend for a couple of minutes.
This will be thick.
