contains soy, flaxseed & fruit contains soy, flaxseed & fruit

Ingredients

    1 cup Silk Unsweetened Soy Milk
    2 tbsp Soy Protein Powder
    1 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup frozen fruit

Directions

Add first four ingredients to blender and pulse to disperse the dry ingredients.
Add frozen fruit and blend for a couple of minutes.
This will be thick.
Makes one serving.
