Introduction

Tomato bisque is normally very unhealthy, but I've found a quick, easy way to make it, while cutting fat and calories. This is my favorite comfort soup ever.

This is very good with grilled cheese sandwiches or a bit of crusty bread.

Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 26 oz. can Campbell's Healthy Request tomato soup
    13 oz. water
    1 14.5 oz. can low-sodium diced tomatoes
    1 cup fat-free half-and-half
    Black pepper to taste (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients into Crockpot.
Crockpot high temp. - 2 hours
Crockpot low temp. - 4 to 6 hours
Serves 7 (1-cup servings).
