Ingredients

8 oz Turkey, White Meat Roasted, Meat only
1 1tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 dash red pepper flakes
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw sliced
1 cup chopped red Bell peppers
1 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli, fresh
2 tsp Corn Starch
1 fl. oz Sherry, dry
2 clove Garlic, minced
Directions
Cut broccoli head into smal florets and set aside. Slice broccoli stalk into small pieces and set aside. Slice turkey breast. Mix 1/2 tsp sesame oil, minced garlic and soy sauce together and toss into a plastic bag with the turkey. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 cup of water and set aside.
Stir fry broccoli stalk, onion and red pepper in 1/2 tsp of sesame oil until vegetables are soft. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in sherry and cook on high for a few minutes. Stir in dissolved cornstarch and stir until thickened. Stir in turkey, turn off heat, cover and leave on stove until ready to serve. A few minutes before serving cook the broccoli florets on high in the microwave for 2 minutes. While the broccoli cooks, turn the element back on under the turkey mixture to reheat. Then drain the cooked broccoli florets and toss into the turkey mixture.
