Ingredients

0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
14 tbsp Olive Oil
1.50 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
4 clove Garlic
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
3 lb Beef chuck
4 fl oz Water, tap
10 cup Best Choice Broccoli Florets
48 tsp Coconut Aminos
16.5 tsp UNPACKED Brown Sugar
6 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
4 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil
12 serving birdseye steamfresh broccoli florets 1 cup
White Rice

Directions
1. Season beef with pepper
2. Put olive oil in the cooking pot and select browning or sauté. When oil begins to sizzle, brown chunks of meat in batches until all meat is browned. Do not crowd. Transfer meat to a plate once browned.
3. When all meat is browned, select sauté and add chopped onion to the pot. Saute for 1 to 2 minutes until onion starts to soften. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute more.
4. Add beef broth, coconut aminos, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes to the pot. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
5. Add browned beef and any accumulated juices. Select high pressure. Set timer for 12 minutes.
6. Place broccoli in micro-safe bowl with 1/4 cup water. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until broccoli is tender.
7. When pressure cooker beeps, turn pressure cooker off and use quick pressure release. When pressure is realeased, carefully remove lid.
8. In a cup, combine the cornstarch and water; stir until smooth. Add to pressure cooker pot. Stir well to combine.
9. Select browning or sauté and stir until sauce comes to a boil and thickens.
10. Add steamed broccoli.
Serve hot over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
