Ingredients

    24 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    .5 cup Sundried Tomatoes in Oil (drained)
    .5 cup diced yellow onion
    .5 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 cup Bread, Progresso Bread Crumbs, Garlic and Italian Herb
    1 tbsp Basil


Tips

Great served with a dark green veggie,such as green beans or broccoli.


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Dice 1 medium or half of a large yellow onion
3. Drain out about 0.5 cupof sundried tomatoes and finely dice
4. Mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, feta, basil in a large bowl until uniformly mixed
5. Mold turkey mix into a loaf in a grease loaf pan or casserole dish
6. Bake for 50 minutes (25min covered, 25min uncovered)
7. Let sit 5min before slices.
