    20 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (uncooked)
    2 Pkgs. Knorr Rice Sides - Chicken Flavor Broccoli
    Wyler's Chicken Granules (Chicken Broth - 2 Cup Prepared)
    1 Cup Water
    Garlic Powder
    Onion Powder
    Poultry Seasoning


My crockpot cooks very fast, so my recipe says to cook on LOW for 4 hours then shred chicken. If the chicken is not cooked through within 4 hours on LOW, then cook until chicken is cooked through before adding the rice and 1 Cup Water. The rice will only need to cook for about 30 minutes.


Put Chicken Breast in bottom of crockpot & pour 2 Cups prepared chicken broth over the top. Season with Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Poultry Seasoning & Salt & Pepper to taste. Cook on Low for 4 hrs. Shred Chicken and add rice packages, and 1 Cup water. Continue to cook on low an additional 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 5 - 1.5 Cup Servings
