Ingredients

    1 container (7 ounces) Fage Total full-fat plain Greek yogurt
    1 cup frozen sweet cherries, pitted
    1/3 to 1/2 cup water
    1 teaspoon chia seeds
    1 teaspoon flax seeds
    1 teaspoon hemp seeds
    1 scoop Grass-fed Whey Protein Isolate (1/2 serving)

Tips

For one serving, an immersion blender works well. Put the water in the cup first followed by the yogurt, seeds, protein powder, and fruit.


Directions

Grind seeds in spice or coffee grinder. Blend together all ingredients.
