Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.5 cup Jasmine enriched long grain rice, Mahatma, cooked
    2 cup green giant cauliflower rice
    100 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    1 small Onions, raw
    0.65 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
    1 tsp Curry powder
    1 tsp Cumin seed
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
    6 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1 cup Beans, black

Directions

Cool rice according to package directions. Add one tsp oil to rice and fluff with fork once it’s cooked and sat for 5 minutes. Saute vegetables in 1 tsp of oil. Add spices and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 3 minutes. Add beans and cauliflower. Cook until cauliflower is softened. Serve with some protein and a salad.
