Ingredients

    1 Box of pasta shells, par-cooked
    1/4 cup romano cheese
    8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk,
    24 oz Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk (1 big tub)
    1/4 cup Garlic
    2 tbs Oregano,
    2 Eggs, fresh

Directions

1) par-boil shells for about 5 mins
2) take all other ingrediants and mix together in a food processor until smooth
3) rinse shells in cool water and pat dry
4) stuff each shell with 1 tbs of cheese mix
5) place shells in baking dish and cover with spaghetti sause
6) bake for 30-45 mins at 350, or until shells are tender

    LOL no. i put each shell in as being one serving for ease of adding it on to my meal planner. i would say 1 serving is 5 shells, 300 cal per serving. it doesnt look like a lot of food, but they are filling, and i usually serve this with baked chicken parm, eggplant parm, etc.
