    0.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    12.0 large Egg white, fresh
    4.0 serving Banquet Brown and serve Turkey sausage- 3 links
    2.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Combine ingredients, pour into muffin tin, cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serving Size: 1 muffin
