Introduction

I really recommend the BSN brand protein for taste and thickness. It is thicker than other protein powders and although taste is relative, I think it ranks highly. Ingredients

1 Scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder (try BSN Chocolate Fudge)

1/2 cup of water (may add more or less to your desired thickness)

1/2 cup of milk (can omit and just use water if you want)

1/3 cup of raspberries (or try diff berries too)

Directions

Use a blender for best results (hand mixer I haven't tried). Add berries and liquid, puree. Then add protein powder and mix (if using mixer, milkshake or high speed). Mix till thick and creamy like a milkshake. Add liquid if you want a thinner shake, more if you want a thick one.
