Tasty, low carb and low fat (almost no fat!) dip for cucumbers or carrots.

Number of Servings: 8


    1 cup fat free mayo

    1 tablespoon dry ranch seaoning OR 2-3 tablespoons lite/fat free ranch dressing

    2 tablespoons pickle juice

    3 packets splenda sweetener


Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve as a dip with cucumbers and carrots, or mix with sliced cucumbers for a salad.

Makes 8 servings-2 tablespoons each.
