Ingredients

    15 oz can chickpeas
    1/2 cucumber
    1/4 green pepper
    1 stalk celery
    3 slices of tomato chopped
    1/4 cup chopped parsley or dill
    1/4 of raw red onion
    2 tsp of sesame oil or olive oil
    2 tsp red wine vinegar
    1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
    salt(optional)

Directions

Chop all the veggies and mix chickpeas and the rest of the ingredients together. Chill and serve.

It makes 6 servings 1/2 cup for each serving.
