Ingredients

8 tbsp chopped Shallots
6 tsp Ginger Root
2 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
2 tsp Garlic
2 tsp Granulated Sugar
.5 cup Peanut Oil
5 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
.33 fl oz Lemon Juice
2 tsp Salt - Table - 1 tsp. (by MIKNMEG)
Tips
Feel free to adjust any of the ingredients to your taste. Sometimes I use a little less vinegar.
I always make this with peanut oil. You can try other oils but I've found peanut oil to work the best with this recipe. Enjoy!
Directions
Peel and grate the ginger (2 tablespoons)
Grate the garlic
The vinegar should be 1/3 cup.
2 tsp of lemon juice.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate.
