Introduction

I believe this used to be called Whacky Cake, thought it was low cal but don't think so given the calculation, however in moderation...in other words don't eat the entire cake in one sitting. Ingredients

    1.5 Cup Gluten Free Flour (King Arthur)
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    3 tbsp *Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 Serving = 1 Tablespoon)
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    .5 tsp Salt
    6 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tbsp White Vinegar

Directions

In large mixing bowl stir the dry ingredients. Make 3 wells; in one well pour in the oil; in the other the vinegar, in the third vanilla. SLowly pour 1 cup cold water over all, mix together (batter will be thin). Pour into greased 8" square pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
