Ingredients

    4.5 tbsp Sour Cream
8 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    4 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives
    1 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Garlic powder

Tips

I recut the crackers after baking for an hour, and they did not look browned, but looked like they were pretty dry, leaving a little separation between the cracker shapes.

Directions

Preheat oven to 215 degrees fahrenheit. Chop chives finely, add to sour cream, add salt and garlic powder. Stir into almond flour, mix thoroughly, knead a few times, form into a ball and refrigerate overnight. Place parchment/baking paper onto a cookie sheet. place dough on parchment and a piece of plastic wrap on top and roll out dough between the parchment and plastic with a rolling pin until about 1/8 inch evenly thick, remove plastic. cut into about 1 1/2 inch square crackers. place cookie sheet in 215 degree fahrenheit preheated oven. Bake 1 hour, check for browning, turn sheet, and bake until just lightly browned and dry. up to 2 total hours, remove from oven, recut with pizza cutter to separate crackers, allow them to cool and store in an airtight bag or container.
