Introduction

Sausage gravy on the bottom with eggs and cheese on top. Sausage gravy on the bottom with eggs and cheese on top.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 serving Jimmy Dean All Natural Pork Sausage (2 oz) (by THINMAMAWARD)
    1.5 oz Cream Cheese
    .25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

brown sausage in small cast iron skillet (you could transfer to a baking dish and finish in the oven if you don't have cast iron)
Add cream cheese and stir till melted then add whipping cream to make thick gravy. (now is when you would want to transfer to baking dish if needed.)
Stir up eggs and pour over then top with cheese.

Turn heat to low and put lid on until eggs are set. Mine ended up very crusty on the bottom, which I like. If you bake it then I would leave a lid off and bake until set.
