Ingredients

    1 can Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)
    1 cup yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain
    1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    1/4 cup Egg whites, Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites
    2-1/2 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
    2 scoops Vanilla Protein powder
    1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
    dash Nutmeg, ground

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray muffin tins or use muffin liners. Dump all ingredients into food processor or blender and blend until smooth and oats are ground up. Fill muffin tins 3/4 and bake for 18-20 minutes or until well done!

Serving Size: Makes 10-12 muffins
