Ingredients

    36 tsp Great Value, No Calorie Stevia, granulated sugar substitute
    1.25 cup Nature's Eats, Blanched Almond Flour, finely ground
    1 tsp Ginger Evans, Baking Powder
    0.25 tsp Salt, iodized
    200 gram(s) Egg, Large Grade A (one egg)
    1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
    4 tbsp Butter - Great Value Salted Sweet Cream
    3.5 oz Great Value, Cream Cheese, full fat

Tips

***NOTE! If you are making cupcakes, bake for 20 - 25 minutes! Recipe will make 12 cupcakes.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In a medium bowl, add almond flour, salt, and baking powder. Set to the side.
3. In a large stand-up mixer or with a handheld electric beater, blend on HIGH the butter and the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy and well mixed.
4. Add the cream cheese and the vanilla to the butter/sugar mixture and mix well.
5. Add the eggs 1 at a time making sure to mix well after each one is added.
6. Last, add dry ingredient mixture from the medium bowl and mix well until batter is fully combined.
7. In a well greased 8 inch loaf pan or an 8 inch cake pan, bake for 35 - 40 minutes until the top is a golden brown. Cake will be done once an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
