    3.0 tsp Ginger Root
    1.0 1tsp Grapeseed Oil
    4.0 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 tbsp Madras Curry Paste
    1.5 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)
    2.0 tsp Salt
    2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap


Saute onion in oil until translucent, all curry paste, garlic and ginger. Cook another minute. Add pumpkin, water and coconut milk. Simmer for 15 minutes and add salt to taste.
