    1 serving Portabello Musrooms, Raw
    2 oz Lean Ground Beef 8% fat (COOKED)
    .5 small Onion, raw
    2 eggs
    1 tbsp of olive oil

Tips

make sure to cut up onions and mushrooms small enough so that they mix in easily


Directions

heat up the olive oil, and fry mushrooms and onions until carmelized and soft. add the ground beef. crack eggs and thoroughly stir into mixture. cook until egg, beef, onion, and mushroom mixture is fully combined and cooked.
