Ingredients

    3 Tbsp. yellow cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1-3/4 Cup white flour
    1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
    nonfat milk 1/2 C.
    vegetable oil 2 Tbsp
    extra lean ground beef -1 pound
    refried beans 1-15oz can
    salsa or picante sauce1 C
    shredded lowfat cheddar 1 C
    lettuce 1C
    tomato1 tomato Diced
    sour cream fat free (optional)4Tbsp.
    black olives (optional) 10 Colossal

Directions

Preheat oven to 400%. using cooking spary lightly grease bottom of 12" pizza pan, sprinkle 1 Tbsp. cornmeal. In a large bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and 2 Tbsp.cornmeal. Mix milk and oil together, add to flour mixture and stir until clings to form ball. Turn onto lightly floured surface. Knead 5 times. Roll dough into 12" circle. place dough into pan and bake 4-5 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside. Brown ground beef with chopped onion in skillet, drain well. Spoon refried beans on crust, spoon ground beef and onion over beans. Layer on salsa next. sprinkle shredded cheese over all and bake 8 minutes cut into 8 slices. Top with lettuce and tomato. You can top with guacamole or sour cream and black olives if desired.

    Have to agree with the previous comments, I even bought all the stuff to make it, but cant do it without measurements for the crust... - 7/10/08
