Ingredients

2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
275 grams Banana, fresh
75 grams Butter, salted
115 gram(s) Flour, Self Raising (UK) (by WOTSHEWROTE)
0.50 tsp Ginger, ground
0.50 tsp Nutmeg, ground
0.50 tsp Cinnamon, ground
0.50 tsp Cloves, ground
225 gram(s) Tesco Sultanas 100g
Directions
Line a loaf tin or cake tin with greaseproof baking paper.
Turn oven on to 180c.
Mash your ripe bananas, but be sure to leave it lumpy!
Add your beaten eggs to the bananas and mix together.
Add the butter and stir until its combined.
Add the flour, ground nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and cloves and gently mix. Then Add the Sultanas and gently mix until all ingredients are combined.
Pour mixture into your lined baking tin, place in middle of oven on 180c and bake for about 40 minutes or until the cake tester comes out clean. Take oaut of our when cooked and leave to cool. Turn out of tin when cool enough. Makes 8 portions . . . Enjoy ☺
