Ingredients

    10 serving Egg white, large
    0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    .5 cup Great Value 2% Lactose Free Milk
    3 serving Great Value Pork Sausage Patty, 1 patty
    0.25 cup cheese, Kroger Shredded Low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese

Directions

Mix eggs and milk. Add in your chopped veggies.
Spray muffin tin with pan spray. Break the sausage patties into bite-size pieces and place a few in each cup. Ladle the egg mix into each cup. Top with sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, watch to make sure it doesn't brown too much.
