Ingredients

    8 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen
    4 cup Campbell's 99% Reduced Fat Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (by ALLISEN311)
    12.5 oz Great Value - Canned - Chunk Chicken Breast In Water
    1 cup Milk, 3.25%

Tips

This is really nice to throw together early in the morning and have it ready and delicious for supper time.


Directions

Dice potatoes into 1" pieces (skinned or not, as you prefer). Place in crockpot. Dump in 1 package frozen mixed veggies, one large can of 99% fat free cream of mushroom soup (substitute 99% fat free cream of chicken if you prefer), one cup whole milk, and one 12.5 oz can chunk chicken breast in water (including the juices). Cook on high for 6-8 hours. Enjoy as is or with biscuits, etc on the side.
