Ingredients

2-6 oz Mahi Mahi filets
1 fl oz orange Juice (or the juice of one freshly squeezed orange)
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dill weed, dried
1/4 tsp seasoned salt (to taste)
1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)
Tips
Keep an eye on the fish as you broil it so you don't over cook it.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Line baking pan with aluminum foil.
3. Spray each fillet on both sides with cooking spray.
4. Sprinkle a teaspoon of garlic powder and a teaspoon of dill onto each filet.
5. Pour the orange juice over both filets.
6. Cover baking pan with another sheet of aluminum foil to avoid drying out the fish.
7. Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Makes 2-6oz fillets.
