Ingredients

2/3 cup boiling water
1 pkg. Jello Brand Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
Ice Cubes
8 ounces Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1 cup chopped strawberries
1 prepared reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz. or 9 inch)
5 whole strawberries, halved
Directions
STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Mix cold water and ice to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice.
STIR in 2-1/2 cups of the whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth. Mix in chopped strawberries. Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is very thick and will mound. Spoon into crust.
REFRIGERATE 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and strawberry halves. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
MAKES 8 SERVINGS

I am going to try this, but refigure the nutrition information because it doesn't look correct to me. It does sound like a refreshing dessert on a hot summer day. I'll comment back after I've made it. - 7/13/08

I are absolutely correct about the nutrition information. I do not know how to go about getting the correct figures to post but here they are:
