Ingredients

1 lb Flank Steak
0.25 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched
1 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
2 1tsp Canola Oil
1 1tsp Sesame Oil
0.5 tsp Ginger Root
6 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
0.5 tsp Red Chili Pepper Flakes (by JAZZDIVA1)
3 tsp Turbino raw sugar (by LADYBUG127)
6 tsp Baking Soda
12 tbsp Bragg Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar (mother)
3 clove Garlic
4 oz Onion, sweet, raw
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
1 cup green giant cauliflower rice
0.5 cup Alfalfa sprouts
6 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Directions
Cut the Flank thinly along the grain. Pat dry, then dust with baking soda and salt. Wait 20 min. Add vinegar. Wait ten min. Wash beef and pat dry.
Get plastic bag and add beef, flour, salt, black pepper and cornstarch. Close and shake. Take a large, edged cookie sheet and spread out the beef evenly. Bake at 200F for 20 minutes,
Make a marinade: Add finely grated ginger root and garlic, oils, soy sauce and raw sugar. Microwave for 30 sec.
Spread marinade on the beef and cook another twenty minutes. Take knife and cut beef into bite sized pieces across the grain.
Slice the Sweet Onion thinly. Spray PAM in a skillet and brown onion. Add beef. Cook low and slow. Take drippings from cookie sheet and stir in water -- heat and stir for gravy. Prepare cauliflower rice per package instructions.
