Ingredients

    3.0 cup, mashed Zucchini
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.5 tsp salt
    0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    2.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    0.5 cup Sauce, Bertolli Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce or pizza sauce
    0.5 cup Mushrooms, canned
    4.0 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
    2.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    0.25 cup Aldi's Happy Farms Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (1/4 C)
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw

Directions

Mix well drained zucchini, eggs, salt and flour. Then add parmesan cheese and 1st mozzarella batch. Mix - spread on cookie sheet or pizza pan, about 1/4" thick. Bake at 450 for about 15 min. Remove from oven, add toppings, lower oven temp. to 400 and cook for another 15 minutes. I add pizza seasoning to pizza before baking.
