Introduction

    1 cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Kirkland)
    1 cup Gold Medal Self Rising Flour (by ADLINS)

Tips

Be creative with this dough....you can make just about anything you can think of with it. Bagels, english muffin, bread sticks, pizza dough, pretzel bites.
The bread sticks are wonderful eaten warm dipped in marinara sauce.


Directions

Mix yogurt and flour together. Roll into ball on floured board. Cut ball in half, then each half into 4 pieces. The roll into long bread sticks. Bake at 425 on parchment paper until browned slightly, about 10-14 minutes...but check them.

Serving Size: Makes 8 bread sticks or 8 small bagels
