Ingredients

1 can of Pillsbury Biscuits (about 10 biscuits)
1 lb of seasoned, ground turkey
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
6 eggs
1/2 cup any almond or other type of unsweetened milk
1/2 cup water
1 packet of white gravy mix
pinch of cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
Tips
This makes a good church potluck item, people like it.
Directions
(1) Preheat to 350 degrees F. Lightly oil a 9x13-inch baking dish.
(2) Arrange biscuits on the bottom of the pan.
(3) Brown the meat over med-high until browned and crumbly, about 7 minutes. Drain. Stir in a pinch of cayenne. Scatter over biscuits.
(4) Add 1 cup of the cheese.
(5) Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then pour it over the cheese.
(6) Mix the water and gravy mix according to directions on gravy packet. Allow gravy to thicken a little. Stir in a pinch of cayenne (skip this second pinch, if you want, but it is pretty mildly spicy).
(7) Pour this over the egg layer, then sprinkle the remaining ˝ cup of cheese on top.
(8) Bake until egg is fluffy, and cheese is bubbly, about 30 minutes.
