Introduction

Ingredients

25 slice, thin Bread, raisin
6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
2.5 cup Milk Cashew (Silk) - 1 cup (240ml)
.35 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
5 tsp Domino Sugar n Cinnamon
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325*.
2. Lightly grease/spray a large muffin tin.
3. Cut raisin bread into small cubes and set aside.
4. In a bowl whisk together the eggs, cashew milk, brown sugar and cinnamon sugar.
5. Pour egg mixture over the bread cubes and fold in to coat.
6. Fill muffin tins (as full as possible).
Note: You will have more than can fit into a single muffin tin.
7. Bake at 325* for approximately 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow to cool slightly before removing from muffin tin.
