    1.5 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour
    0.5 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    14 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tbsp Maple Syrup
    .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.5 cup, mashed Banana, fresh
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground


Combine dry ingredients. Set aside.
Whisk together milk, butter, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Add wet and dry ingredients, stir just until moist. Fold in banana.
Use 1/2 cup of batter per pancake. Spread out to make 4 inch pancake. Cook until underside is lightly browned then flip. 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve with butter or sauce/syrup of your choice.
