    1 can Canned Tomatoes
    2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1.5 cup carrots frozen crinkle cut great value/walmart brand
    1 leek Leeks
    3 serving Beef oxo cube (by OLLYBEE_FINKEL)
    6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Brown meat on pan put into pot add chopped veg stock and water boil until meat soft
