Ingredients

4 cup Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry)
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
2.33 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
    .25 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    2 tbsp Honey

Tips

Make and freeze OR put in the fridge in an airtight container for a week for a grab and go breakfast .
I enjoy mine with a low carb protein shake.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl.
Add fruit of choice in last.
Stir gently
Divide into individual portion sizes (rounded 1/4 cup) into a lined or sprayed 12 section muffin pan.
Make sure to stir between portioning in order to get liquid evenly in each cup (it might look soupy or like it is separating, that is OK! Just give it a stir.)
