Ingredients

    600 gram(s) kirkland organic ground beef
    812 gram Kirkland Organic Diced Tomatoes (can=411 grams) (by VEGGIETANYA)
    132 gram(s) Kirkland Organic Tomato Paste (by TIANAKI)
    2.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    3 pepper Serrano Peppers
    2 serving Habanero Pepper (by DAYBEESLALY)
    4 large Zucchini, baby
    1.5 tbsp Garlic powder
    2 tbsp cumin powder (by DUBON00)
    2 tbsp Kirkland Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

2-3.5C portions.
Don't forget to wear a gas mask, or open windows and put vents on high, when sauteeing onions and peppers!


Directions

1. In a large iron skillet heat oil
2. Add diced tomatoes and paste to crock pot and stir until well mixed.
3. Chop onions and peppers and fry in skillet until soft (no need to burn), then place in crock pot
4. Add ground beef to skillet, as well as cumin and 1/2 the garlic powder. Brown, then put in crock pot.
5. Slice zuchs into thin roundelles and add to crock pot
6. Put crock pot on high for 4 hours (or medium for 7). Stir every 1.25 hours
