2 tbsp Great Value Less Sodium Soy Sauce (1tbs - 15mL)
1 1tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Ginger, ground
3 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp)
.33 serving Bean Sprouts - LA Choy - 15cal/2/3 Cup
340 gram(s) Marketside Tri-Color All Natural Cole Slaw (1 1/2 cups / 85 g)
1.33 tbsp Oil (Great Value) Extra Virgin olive oil
8 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw
I use avocado oil for almost all of my cooking because it withstands high heat. You could also use coconut oil or animal fat.
For this egg roll in a bowl I used already chopped and bagged slaw mix. You could definitely use a head of cabbage as well.
I love using ginger paste instead of fresh ginger because it is so easy! If you use fresh ginger, be sure to chop it finely.
Instead of pork and shrimp, you could use chicken. That would be delicious!
Reduce the heat to medium. Add the cabbage, bean sprouts, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir together and cook until the cabbage is slightly wilted.
