Take your 4 ounces of beef chop it up well, small cubes will work too.
Please a small dab of the crisco into an iron skillet.
Let the meat loose all it's pink on the outside.
Get a medium sized bowl and cut your shortning into it. You may need to add a few teaspoons of water so that your pie crust will be able to roll out.
Mince the garlic and chop the onions into small cubes.

Now you want to put the seasoning, a little salt and pepper onto your cooked beef with the onions and garlic. Cook for one minute on low, stirring every 15 seconds.

Roll out your dough and take a small tea saucer and use it as a cookie cutter.
Make two of these shaped dough flats.

Place your meat mixture with a few teaspoons of the meat juices into the middle of one of the crusts.

Take the other crust and put it on top of the lower crust.

Seal with a fork. Do not make holes in the top of the crust.

Put this on a tin foil sheet or cookie sheet and bake at 350 Degrees until the crust is light golden brown.

Let it sit for a few moments after taking out of the oven then Enjoy !
