    .5 tsp Fennel seed

    3 tsp packed Brown Sugar

Directions

grind pork, stir in seasoning, portion, pan sear until cooked through.

    Essentially there is no replacement for real sausage. All these recipes produce a pork patty, similar to a beef patty (hamburger patty). I’ll opt to have real sausage once in three months rather than waste time with this non sausage. - 5/22/20
