    1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper (by BOWENFB50)
    1.5 tsp Sage, ground
    .5 tsp Fennel seed
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    .5 tsp Rosemary, dried
    .25 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
    3 tsp packed Brown Sugar

Directions

    Essentially there is no replacement for real sausage. All these recipes produce a pork patty, similar to a beef patty (hamburger patty). Iíll opt to have real sausage once in three months rather than waste time with this non sausage. - 5/22/20
