Ingredients

    3.0 cup Basmati Rice, Mahatma (cooked)
    2 cup Beans, black (canned, rinsed and drained)
    3.5 serving "Great Value" Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn, No Salt Added (rinsed and drained)
    6 tbsp Ortega taco seasoning mix
    1.25 cup RO TEL No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies

Directions

While the rice is still hot, mix everything together, warm for 10 minutes, serve any way you like.
